How does Eveready accomplish its goals?

  • During normal business hours, we employ no automated phone services. Your personal Eveready representatives are always on line to handle your questions or concerns.
  • During our initial meetings, and throughout our relationship, we analyze your needs in all areas: product, ordering process, delivery, budgets, accounting requirements and reporting needs.

  • By understanding what your ordering needs are and how you use our products, we can provide you with cost-savings options and suggest alternatives. By familiarizing ourselves with your needs, we are able to put together a comprehensive product price list and guarantee those prices for an extended period of time.
  • Our product lines are extensive and include the following:

  • How often have you placed orders either over the phone, online or via fax or e-mail and subsequently need to add, delete, or change your order? At Eveready we facilitate this process. Orders can be placed and adjusted at any time throughout the day. Simply call, fax, e-mail or place your order through our online order entry portal, and your order will be delivered within 24 hours. If at any time you need to change or adjust your order, call us and we will make the necessary adjustments.

    All orders placed by 4:30pm are delivered next day free of charge with the exception of furniture installations. During our initial meetings and analysis, we learn how to deliver your orders to your satisfaction. Eveready guarantees next day delivery via our own trucks. All orders will be properly marked with the name of person who requested product, their department and their floor or suite number. Whether we delivery directly to your employee or to a central mailroom this makes the distribution process easy. If an item is backordered we will notify you immediately and suggest alternates or let you know when the product will arrive.

    How often have you received incorrect or damaged product? Was the return handled promptly? Was the product picked up in a timely manner? Did you receive a credit within a reasonable amount of time? At Eveready we make the process easy. In the rare event that you should need to return product, call us and we will issue a return authorization and provide a replacement order. We will pick up the product and upon its receipt at our warehouse you will receive credit.

    Do you require monthly billing or billing per order? Do correct monthly statements arrive in a timely manner? Does your current office supply company provide flexible payment terms? Once we have reviewed with you your accounting needs, we can provide you with a customized invoicing program, ensure correct monthly statements and offer flexible payment terms designed to meet your unique needs.

    How often do you review the items you use? Monthly? Quarterly? Bi-Annually? Annually? How often does your sales representative review reports with you? At Eveready we take the time to learn what your requirements are as regards to your reporting needs. Upon request we can provide usage reports allowing us to work with you and for you, tracking gross expenditures, product review, and so much more. These reports can be run for the company as a whole or by individual department.
